Lyrical and Contemporary dance classes are competitive and require enrollment in ballet class.

Pointe: Invitation Only 

This is ballet, but with a heightened level of ballet technique and skill, much like raising the barre. The focus and discipline remain the same, yet now, students are advancing to wearing pointe shoes to achieve that full extension. Enrollment in a standard ballet class is a prerequisite to be eligible for this exclusive, invitation-only session.

Tap: Ages 6-18

Tap class is all about mastering the art of fancy footwork. This rhythmic style of dancing transforms your black tap shoes into percussive instruments, allowing you to create music with your steps. The sounds children generate through tap dancing aren’t just noise; they tell a story and add a dynamic auditory element to your performance, making your dance increasingly engaging and expressive.

Kinderdanz: Ages 3-5

Are There Trial Classes? 

Absolutely, if you’re interested in enrolling your child in a class, you can sign them up for a taster session, which is one whole class for free per child. If your child is interested in more than one class, we advise sampling the class they’re unsure about. Call to book a place or schedule your slot. After signing a waiver, you’re good to go.

When Is Dance Class Registration? 

Dance class registration cut-offs depend on the dance style, but we typically register students in time for the fall to spring school term.
